When will you receive your order?
We ship all our orders via PostNL. The shipping costs are shown in your shopping cart as soon as you have filled in your address.
Orders via our webshop are processed at least once a week depending on the workload in our factory. It may therefore take a few days before you receive your order. During holiday periods we have longer delivery times.
Pick up at the factory
If you have chosen to pick up your order at the factory, this is possible on Wednesday or Thursday between 10:00 and 12:00
Returns
We do not accept returns, this is due to the expiration date of the product. Of course you can return products that you are not satisfied with. Please include a description of your complaint.
